Relocayt Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to Relocayt. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform (website, mobile application, or services), and form a legal agreement between you (“you,” “user,” “student,” “host”) and Relocayt (“Relocayt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Relocayt is a relocation support platform that assists international students (“Guests”) in finding verified accommodation and essential post-landing services, including airport pickup, mobile plans, banking, job guidance, and more. We also enable property owners and managers (“Hosts”) to list their spaces for student rental.

2. Eligibility

To use Relocayt, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally able to form a binding contract
• Using the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

3. User Responsibilities

a. Guests (Students)

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
• Use the platform for personal and lawful purposes
• Respect property rules and service provider terms
• Avoid engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of services

b. Hosts

You agree to:

• List only properties you have the legal right to rent
• Provide truthful details and documentation
• Maintain safe, habitable, and clean properties
• Comply with local laws (e.g., zoning, taxes, rental laws)

4. Bookings and Payments

Relocayt may facilitate communication, discovery, and/or booking between users and service providers. However, unless stated otherwise:

• Payments, deposits, and rental agreements may be handled externally
• Relocayt is not a party to the rental agreement between guest and host
• Relocayt is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disputes unless directly handled through our system

5. Post-Landing Services

We partner with verified third-party vendors to provide additional services (airport pickup, mobile plans, etc.). While we screen our partners:

• Relocayt is not responsible for the performance of third-party services
• Service availability may vary based on location and demand
• Fees, terms, and eligibility may apply per service provider

6. Account Management

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Relocayt may suspend or terminate your account if any misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms occurs

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Each listing and service may have its own cancellation policy. Users are responsible for reviewing those terms before confirming any booking or service.

Refunds (if any) are governed by the policies of the host or service provider, unless otherwise facilitated directly through Relocayt.

8. Data and Privacy

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We use your data to:

• Match you with suitable hosts/services
• Facilitate secure bookings and communication
• Improve user experience

We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including logos, text, graphics, icons, software, and trademarks, is the property of Relocayt or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Relocayt is not liable for:

• The accuracy of user-generated content (listings, reviews, etc.)
• Damages, injuries, or losses arising from user transactions
• Acts or omissions of third-party providers

Use of the platform is at your own risk. We provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform if:

• You violate these Terms
• Fraudulent or harmful behavior is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
