Smoking inside the chalet (including vaping) is strictly prohibited.

Please note that the guest will incur a $250 fine if smoking occurs inside.

Adherence to the house rules outlined here is a fundamental condition of the vacation rental agreement. Failure to comply with the above rules may result in penalties, including the retention of amounts from the security deposit.

Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is enforced, and the peace of the property must be respected at all times.

SPA

The SPA is accessible year-round. The use of glassware in or near the space is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine deducted from the security deposit.

SMOKING

Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited inside the chalet. A $250 fine will be charged for smoking inside.

Properly dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtray on the porch. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

Please note that it is important to keep noise levels down and respect the neighborhood after 10:00 PM. We will not hesitate to retain the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10:00 PM and/or nighttime disturbances.

VISITORS

Any additional visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to extra fees as outlined in the pricing.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE

Please report any damage or breakage to the property manager promptly. Failure to do so may result in penalties deducted from the security deposit.

To avoid damage and breakage, furniture must not be moved between rooms without prior agreement.

COMPLIANCE

The owner/manager may terminate occupancy and evict guests/visitors for non-compliance or disturbing neighbors/residents of the neighborhood.

PETS

Please note that pets are allowed (maximum 1) and a $100 fee per pet will be charged.

HAMMOCK BEDS:

-Please note that jumping on the hammock nets is prohibited, as their maximum weight limit is 200 kg, or a maximum of 2 adults per net. In case of damage, fees will be charged for the replacement of the net ($1000) as well as its reinstallation ($1000).
